1.- Software/Hardware installed on Landlord's computer. Any standard PC is acceptable (one-time, initial setup only)

2.- Cell phone number of user/tenant and other basic information loaded into computer (one-time, initial setup only)



User/tenant texts at the gate
3.- Users/Tenants send a text message when they arrive at the gate. (any text message sent from subscriber to host PC works). Visitor Access to the premisses can be granted from inside with text message from subscribed cellular phone.

4.- Host PC receives and processes the text message, if the credentials are valid it opens the gate.

Remote Relay Ethernet Interphase included with software package.

Note: Cell-To-Gate can be used on top or in-lieu of existing access card or radio frequency (clicker) based access control systems.
