Collection: Youre Documents Our Containers

MedClean provides our customers security consoles that are conveniently and strategically placed throughout your facility. Confidential documents, intended for destruction, are simply placed into the secured containers. There's no need to remove staples, paper clips or other bindings. You don't have to separate grades or colors of paper. Just put the documents you want destroyed in our containers and your job is done.

Transportation: We've Got It Together

The MedClean fleet is specially equipped to transport regulated waste in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards. We comply with strict regulations; for both regulated waste containers and transportation vehicles, as mandated for certain waste streams by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and state regulatory agencies. So you can rest easy knowing your documents are being transported safely and securely. After all, we've been transporting regulated waste streams for years.

Tracking: The Paper Trail

MedClean uses a sophisticated software tracking and accounting system that enables us to "close the loop" by tracking your documents through the collection, transportation and destruction process, in addition to providing manifests, "Certificates of Destruction" and detailed invoices for each individual customer account. We can even bill by department, if necessary. All of these documents serve to establish a "chain of custody" which is important for your peace of mind. In addition, we assume full responsibility for your documents the minute they leave your facility, effectively putting an end to today's document destruction problems while preventing them from damaging you tomorrow.

MedClean is a leading document destruction company that collects transports and destroys PHI and other confidential documents and primarily focuses on servicing the needs of the healthcare community including hospitals, clinics and doctors offices.

MedClean not only provides a safe, effective service for destruction of your confidential documents, we also provide you with locked security consoles or security containers for your document safekeeping prior to being picked up by our drivers for transported to our state-of-the-art destruction facilities.
